When we visited Como, Italy in 2018 we were searching for the perfect, unique and texture-rich Fusilli die.  Meeting with our friends who craft our bronze dies we quickly came across a unique prototype unlike any Fusilli cut we had seen before.  This hearty, texture-rich bronze cut fusilli features a unique 3 vein twirl with an inner grooved channel that clings to any sauce or condiment it is served with.  Nicoletto’s Pasta Co.’s Bronze Cut Fusilli is crafted in small batches, meticulously slow-dried and requires the full 10-12 minute cooking time for the perfect al dente’ bite.
