Instructions: Easy-to-eat & ready to slice. No instructions, soaking, or peeling required. All our meat is shelf stable. Refrigeration is not required. As we transition to our new name (Orange Cardamom), the package that you receive may vary. The recipe and Nutrition Facts have not changed. Made with all-natural ingredients, including locally sourced spices and humanely treated vegetarian-fed pork never treated with antibiotics. Product sold as a stick and is not pre-sliced.
