Orange Cardamom - Uncured Salami

One of our most beloved new world creations, our Orange Cardamom piccolo (formerly known as "Agrumi") is fragrant and colorful with cardamom, orange peel, and red chili flakes. 5oz piccolo salami is 7 inches long by 1.6 inches wide.  All our meat is shelf stable. Refrigeration is not required.  Including locally sourced spices and humanely treated vegetarian-fed pork never treated with antibiotics. Product sold as a stick and is not pre-sliced. Refrigerate after opening. Minimum shelf life to first receiver 60 days.
