Our black peppercorn salami (formerly known as Finocchiona) is a crowd favorite, and spices up traditional cracked black pepper and fennel with a touch of curry.

Single sliced pack includes 3 ounces of thinly sliced salami and is ready to eat.

All our cured meat is shelf stable. Refrigeration is not required. Minimum shelf life to first receiver 60 days.
