Sliced Pack - Black Peppercorn

Our black peppercorn salami (formerly known as Finocchiona) is a crowd favorite, and spices up traditional cracked black pepper and fennel with a touch of curry.

Single sliced pack includes 3 ounces of thinly sliced salami and is ready to eat.

All our cured meat is shelf stable. Refrigeration is not required. Though our product does not require refrigeration until opening, greasing and/or melting of fat can occur during very warm temperatures.
