Sliced Pack - Uncured Mustard Salami

After our Mustard Special Edition was such a hit, we decided to bring this deli favorite to you in an easy-to-use sliced format. With mustard seed and just a hint of chili flake, this one is perfectly paired with bries and other cheeses alike, or on its own atop a baguette.

A single sliced pack includes 3 ounces of thinly sliced salami and is ready to eat.

All our cured meat is shelf stable. Refrigeration is not required. Though our product does not require refrigeration until opening, greasing and/or melting of fat can occur during very warm temperatures.
