Sliced Pack - Uncured Classic Salami

While we honor the classic cured meats of the old world, we can’t help adding our spin on it, this time with garlic and a hint of ginger.

A single-sliced pack includes 3 ounces of thinly sliced salami and is ready to eat.

All our cured meat is shelf stable. Refrigeration is not required. Though our product does not require refrigeration until opening, greasing and/or melting of fat can occur during very warm temperatures.
