Our Yuzu Citrus Japanese Barbecue Sauce features yuzu, a Japanese fruit that tastes like a grapefruit, lemon and orange had a baby. It’s bright, tart and incredibly refreshing. Our crave-worthy flavor always comes from simple, clean ingredients.
